Swasap is 51% owned by
Baughan (PTY) Ltd and 49% by Quantum Leap, a South African company.
Quantum Leap is a
black-owned company chaired by Kennedy Memani, who is
also a Director of ESCOM.
Baughan
(PTY) Ltd is part a progressive global engineering group with a
commanding presence in the United States and South Africa. The
group's wide ranging and internationally recognized technological
achievements provide a pool of expert technical excellence, which is
available to Swasap.
